Shipping & tracking

We typically ship within 2 days after receiving your *cleared payment. We will then email you your tracking number and carrier.

* A payment is considered “cleared” after your payment has been deposited has been received to our account. We accept payments by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Afterpay.


Our policy has been constructed to comply with the relevant consumer rights and trading obligations as set out under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, remedy or consumer guarantee available under the ACL.

Consumer is entitled to a refund, replacement or credit when a product fails to meet one of the consumer guarantees provide under the ACL, including that:

  • The product is faulty or of unacceptable quality
  • The product does not match the product description
  • The product is unfit for the intended purpose

If a claim is required contact our team with comment/photo of problem & proof of purchase, reply will be received within 48 hours.

Note: The consumer guarantees will not apply where the consumer has caused the product to become damaged (such as using the product in a way that it is not intended to be used); have mistreated or abused the product (intentionally or unintentionally).


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
